1. About us

This website, lagriyofurni.com, is operated by LAGRIYO LTD. LagriyoFurni is a trading name of LAGRIYO LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15675485, with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. These Terms of Service apply to every order placed on our store. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

We sell furniture and home products (sofas, chairs, tables, beds, storage and lighting), delivered to your address, and digital furniture design products (room planning kits, build plans and 3D model files), delivered by download.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Natural materials such as solid and reclaimed wood vary in grain and colour, and colours can look slightly different on different screens. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 2 cm.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery is free to the UK, Europe and the United States. See our Shipping Policy for the countries we deliver to.
  • Import duties or customs fees, where charged by your country, are explained in our Shipping Policy.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the email confirming your order. We may refuse an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and in that case we will refund any payment in full.

5. Delivery of furniture

We deliver to the address you give at checkout within the times stated in our Shipping Policy. Please make sure someone can receive the delivery and that the item will fit into your home. If we cannot deliver because nobody is available after reasonable attempts, we may charge the cost of storage or redelivery.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you name. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

6. Assembly and safe use

Some furniture needs simple assembly, as stated on its product page. Please follow the instructions supplied, use wall anchors where provided, and keep small parts away from children. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly or misuse.

7. Delivery of digital content

Digital files are delivered by email after payment. At checkout you ask us to begin delivery immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once the download has started.

8. Licence for digital files

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence:

  • Room Planner Kit and DIY Furniture Build Plans: personal, non-commercial use. You may print the files and build furniture for yourself, your family or as a gift.
  • 3D Furniture Model Library: personal and commercial use in your own renders, visualisations, animations, games and client projects.

You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files themselves, in original or modified form. All intellectual property in the files remains with LAGRIYO LTD or its licensors.

9. Returns and your consumer rights

You can return furniture within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected: under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the equivalent rules in your country if you live in the EU, goods and digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses where you use our products for commercial purposes. Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for defective products under applicable product liability law.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs delays or extreme weather. If such an event delays your order for more than 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund.

12. Use of our website

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
